This website does not collect personal data directly, except:
Contact form
If you contact us through the form, we will receive your name, email and message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
The data is processed by Formspree as a data processor, based in the United States. Formspree complies with the EU Privacy Framework for international data transfers.
Legal basis: express consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention: data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry, and at most 12 months.
Web analytics
We use GoatCounter, an analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and anonymizes IP addresses. GoatCounter only records visits, page views and aggregate technical data (browser, operating system, device). No individual user identification is possible.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — measuring and improving site usage without compromising privacy.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation and portability of your data by emailing hola@terraifoc.cat.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have been violated.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies of any kind, except those strictly necessary for technical session operation.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure data security, including:

- Content Security Policy (CSP) to limit external connections.
- No storage of sensitive data in the user’s browser.
